If someone had to describe you using pictures, which ones would they choose? Probably not the stiff, posed shots with a blank smile—those only show what you look like, not who you are. Instead, the best photos capture the real, unscripted moments—the laughter, the windblown hair, the little glances in the between. The ones that tell a story.

I picked up a camera during the pandemic while working as a nurse in the COVID unit. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something much more.

On my Friday nights, you’ll usually find me curled up with my dogs, reading on my Kindle, or playing cozy games like Stardew Valley. My house is filled with plants, I run a lamp only household (overhead lighting is pretty much banned), and I’m always down for a chai tea or iced coffee. I’ve always called St. Louis, Missouri home, and I’m lucky to share it with my high school sweetheart, Bo.
